Insuring Quality Ethics
This class will look at: how quality insurance is an ethical issue, how we respond to customer expectations, and how our reputation affects what we do. We will discuss: the opportunity of customer complaints, how to work with difficult customers, the importance of mission statements and what our customers really want. We will discuss the importance of consistent treatment of customers and barriers we run into trying to improve quality and proactive customer service.
